 Class Teacher – Grimley and Holt Primary School

Grimley and Holt C of E Primary School is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and creative class teacher to join a professional, dedicated, hardworking and supportive team, initially, working in Key Stage 2.

About you 

You will have the ability to: 

  • Create a stimulating and safe learning environment 
  • Plan, prepare and deliver the curriculum as relevant to the age and ability group/subject that you teach, other relevant initiatives and the creative approach encouraged by The Mantle of the Expert 
  • Demonstrate a commitment to equal opportunities and use a variety of strategies and practices to promote the diverse cultural and equality issues in the classroom. 
  • Teach using a wide variety of strategies to maximise achievement for all children including those with special educational needs and high achievers and to meet differing learning styles. 

You will hold Qualified teacher status or recognised equivalent by the DfE (in the case of trainee teachers a post will be offered subject to QTS being awarded) or to hold a recognised teaching qualification from another country.
